3. Placing an order
Orders may be placed through the order form available in the shop, or by arrangement by email.

An order can be fulfilled only once the form has been completed correctly and payment has been processed.
4. Prices and payment
Prices for digital products and online services are stated in Polish złoty (PLN), euro (EUR) or United States dollars (USD), and include VAT where applicable. The currency applicable to a given purchase is stated at the point of purchase.
Payment can be made through the following external payment providers:
iMoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
Stripe, Inc., registered address: c/o The Corporation Trust Company, Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange St, Wilmington, Delaware, USA
Wise Payments Limited and Wise Europe SA
Payment is required before any digital material is provided or any service is performed.
5. Delivery of products
Digital products — online courses, recordings, texts, audio and visual materials — are made available once payment has been processed, and may be downloaded or accessed immediately.
The shop is not responsible for interruptions to access resulting from technical problems on the part of internet service providers.
6. Withdrawal from a contract
Consumers, and sole traders making a purchase connected with their business but not of a professional character for them, have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where delivery has begun with the buyer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired and after the buyer has been informed that they will thereby lose the right of withdrawal;
services performed in full with the buyer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
The shop does not charge any delivery costs in connection with withdrawal, as it does not offer physical products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a statement to: info.nataliagiedrys@gmail.com
7. Complaints
Customers have the right to make a complaint in respect of a defective product, or of a digital service that does not conform to the contract.
Complaints should be sent to info.nataliagiedrys@gmail.com with a description of the problem.
Complaints will be considered within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Where digital content or a service is confirmed not to conform to the contract, the customer may request that it be brought into conformity, or may withdraw from the contract if remedying the non-conformity is impossible or would be excessively difficult.
Complaints may also be made by entrepreneurs purchasing for purposes connected with their business but not of a professional character for them, on the terms set out in Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
8. Guarantees
No manufacturer's guarantee is provided in respect of the products and services offered, as they are digital and non-material in nature.
9. Duration of the contract, scheduling and validity
For digital products, the contract is concluded for a single delivery of digital content — that is, until the purchased materials have been made available to the customer.
For online services — such as online mentoring, individual online sessions, or access to a course — the duration of the contract corresponds to the period over which the service is provided, as stated at the point of purchase (for example a single 60-minute session, a 30-day mentoring period, monthly access, or a monthly subscription).
Individual sessions last 60 minutes and are held on Zoom. After payment, available dates are offered by email; the session is confirmed once the customer has accepted a date and the Zoom link has been sent.
Packages of sessions must be used within four months of the date of payment. Sessions not used within that period expire.
Rescheduling. A session may be moved provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the agreed time. A session missed without such notice is treated as having been provided.
Customers may choose at any time not to renew a subscription or a recurring service, by email or through the payment provider, at no additional charge. A subscription period that has already begun cannot be cancelled.
10. Protection of personal data
The shop processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy set out below.
Providing personal data is necessary in order to fulfil an order and to contact the shop.
11. Final provisions
These Terms are available on the shop's website and apply from the date of publication.
The shop reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be informed of any change on the website.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including its provisions on digital content and services.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is:
Natalia Giedryś Correspondence address for GDPR purposes: c/o Poczta Polska, ul. Tadeusza Boya-Żeleńskiego 12, 91-701 Łódź, Poland Tax identification number (NIP): 7251835591 Contact email: info.nataliagiedrys@gmail.com
2. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the personal data of users and customers of https://nataliagiedrys.com (the "Service") is processed by the controller. It covers data processed in connection with use of the website, registration for courses and webinars, the provision of mentoring services, the purchase of digital products, communication by email, telephone and messaging applications, and other activities connected with the controller's business.
3. Legal bases for processing
Users provide their data voluntarily.
Personal data is processed on one of the following legal bases:
a) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (for example booking a session or purchasing a course);
b) Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, for example to subscribe to a newsletter, to the recording of sessions or practice material, or to certain categories of cookie, where consent is required;
c) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation, for example tax and accounting obligations;
d) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests, for example customer service or the defence of legal claims, provided that this does not override the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
4. Categories of data processed
Depending on the purpose of processing, the controller may process:
identification data: first name and surname;
contact data: email address, telephone number;
billing data: tax identification number, invoice address, and other data relating to invoices;
transaction data: information about purchases and payments, transmitted to payment providers for processing;
technical data: IP address (in limited form), browser type, device data and data on activity on the website, collected through analytics tools;
correspondence data: communication with the controller, including email, and messages and voice messages sent through messaging applications;
session and practice recordings: recordings of online sessions, made with the participant's knowledge and made available to the participant by link for their own personal use, and recordings of the participant's own practice sent to the controller during mentoring. A participant's image, voice, name or words are never shared with any third party, and are never used for any teaching, promotional or other purpose.
5. Purposes of processing and retention periods
Data is processed only for defined purposes and retained no longer than is necessary to achieve those purposes and than applicable law requires:
a) Performance of a contract (mentoring services, sale of courses) — for the duration of performance, for the limitation period applicable to claims (typically 6 years), and for the period required by tax and accounting rules (typically 5 years, counted from the end of the year in which the payment deadline for the relevant tax fell).
b) Processing and settlement of payments — for as long as necessary, and for the period required by tax and accounting rules (typically 5 years).
c) Marketing of the controller's own services (newsletters, information about courses) — until consent is withdrawn; where marketing is based on legitimate interest, until an objection is raised or that interest ceases.
d) Archiving of accounting and tax documents — for the period required by law (typically 5 years), and for other periods where regulations so require (for example payroll documents, which are kept for longer).
e) Cookies and analytics — in accordance with the preferences expressed by the user. Functional cookies necessary for the operation of the site are retained only for the limited period required.
f) Session recordings — held on the video-conferencing provider's cloud, made available to the participant by link for three days, and deleted by the controller within 30 days of the session.
g) Mentoring correspondence and practice recordings — messages, voice messages and practice recordings exchanged during a mentoring period are deleted at the end of that 30-day period.
The retention periods in points (f) and (g) apply to the material itself. Records required for accounting, tax or the defence of claims are retained as set out in points (a), (b) and (d) above.
6. Recipients of data
Recipients of data may include:
payment and settlement providers: iMoje (ING Bank Śląski S.A.), PayPal, Stripe, and Wise Payments Limited and Wise Europe SA (privacy notices: https://wise.com/gb/legal/privacy-notices), under data processing agreements or their own terms;
providers of communication and video-conferencing services used for sessions and mentoring, including Zoom and WhatsApp (Meta);
IT and hosting providers (for example the website hosting provider and the email provider);
accounting and bookkeeping firms, where those services are outsourced;
providers of analytics and marketing tools (for example Google Analytics and MailerLite), where such tools are used;
bodies authorised by law, for example tax authorities.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Where processing requires the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area — for example to service providers, communication tools or analytics tools based outside the EEA — the controller ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or another mechanism compliant with the GDPR. Users will be informed transparently of any significant transfer.
8. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to:
request access to their data and to receive a copy of it;
request rectification of their data;
request erasure of their data (the right to be forgotten), where the legal conditions are met;
request restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO);
request data portability, where applicable;
withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling
The controller does not carry out automated decision-making producing legal effects, nor profiling that significantly affects the rights of data subjects, unless the user has been informed of this in advance and has consented to it.
10. Data security
The controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk, including HTTPS encryption, protection of administrator accounts, regular software updates, and restriction of access. The specific measures applied are proportionate to the nature of the processing.
11. Retention periods
Retention periods follow from the purposes of processing and from applicable law:
accounting and tax documents: typically 5 years, counted from the end of the year in which the payment deadline for the relevant tax fell;
contract documentation and documentation relating to claims: typically until the limitation period for claims expires (typically 6 years, in some cases 3 years);
marketing data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn;
technical data from cookies: in accordance with the configured validity periods and with the user's preferences.
12. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The controller will inform users of any material change by means of a notice on the website or, where an address is available, by email. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this document.
